About Joseph M. Johnson III
Joe graduated from the University of Missouri in 1974 and began his professional career as a tax CPA. In 1981 Joe entered the real estate business and in 1984 founded Westin Group, a St. Louis, Missouri based real estate firm. Joe has extensive experience in residential and commercial development and sales, land assemblage, planning, 1031 exchanges, construction and investment real estate. Joe has served as a planning and zoning chairman, economic development council chairman, bank advisory board member, Urban Land Institute guest speaker and many other professional, civic and charitable activities.
In 2000 Joe and his wife Laurie bought their first cottage on Hwy 30A. Since that time Joe has bought and sold many, many properties for his own account, most along Scenic Hwy 30A. In 2004 Joe became a full time resident and is practicing the real estate profession with Luxury Properties on 30A Inc. Joe and his wife have 3 grown children, 3 grandchildren and more on the way.
